Available models depend on current hardware stock. Our catalogue may include several processor families, memory capacities and storage types. Configurations not listed can be evaluated and quoted on request.
Our locations include Fez, Casablanca and Málaga. Configurations and provisioning times vary according to available hardware at each site when ordering.
Servers in stock can be provisioned within minutes after the order and configuration are approved. Our team will confirm lead times for other models and locations.
We offer several Linux distributions, including Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux and Rocky Linux depending on available images. Windows Server and other systems may be offered based on hardware, licensing and compatibility.
Hypervisor installation is possible depending on hardware compatibility and licensing. RAM, disks and bandwidth may also be upgraded depending on the model and available components; an intervention may be required.
Historical configurations include one IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64 prefix. Additional IPv4 blocks may be offered with justification and subject to availability, including /29 (5 usable addresses), /28 (13) or /27 (29). Routing details are confirmed during ordering.
Yes. PTR / reverse DNS changes are available through your client area, subject to the relevant IP addresses and applicable rules.
The two historical configurations shown have a hardware RAID controller; exact options depend on the server selected. 20 GB of backup space is advertised as included with each dedicated server. Backups do not replace a customer-tested recovery plan.
Yes. BYOIP allows HOSTOWEB to assess announcing your prefixes through its network. If you have your own ASN, BGP sessions may be considered, subject to feasibility and applicable terms.
Support covers hardware, network and connectivity incidents and supported OS installation or reinstallation tasks. Advanced administration, application security or specific monitoring may require an additional service.
You can select a preferred location in Morocco or Spain, subject to availability. System administration and compliance with data processing obligations, including Law 09-08 and CNDP requirements where applicable, must be assessed for each project.
