What's the difference between Essential, Advanced and Elite?
Essential includes email, contacts and webmail. Advanced adds calendars, tasks, CardDAV/CalDAV and Zoom integration. Elite adds Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync. Full details are in the comparison table.
Can I choose the size of each mailbox?
Yes, from the storage sizes available with your plan: 8 or 25 GB for Essential; 8, 25 or 50 GB for Advanced; 8, 25, 50 or 100 GB for Elite.
Can I mix plans within the same domain?
Different domains can have different plans, but email accounts within one domain must use the same IMAIL tier.
Does IMAIL work with Outlook and smartphones?
IMAIL is compatible with common POP, IMAP and SMTP clients and devices. Exchange ActiveSync is included only with Elite.
Is email migration included?
The IMAIL service offers assisted, free migration. HOSTOWEB will agree the method, prerequisites and cutover plan with you to limit interruptions.
How are messages protected?
All three plans include anti-spam, antivirus, custom DKIM signing, backups and Mail Time Machine. Premium anti-malware protection is available from Advanced onwards.
What are the daily sending limits?
Essential provides 250 sends per day, while Advanced and Elite provide 1,000 daily sends, subject to applicable service terms.
